Delivery & Shipping

  • We currently ship to USA & Canada, EU & UK, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR and Singapore.
  • Please allow 3–7 days for processing of all orders.
  • You will receive a tracking number once your order is shipped. The package will be delivered to the address you have stated as your delivery address.

Shipping Cost & Timing

For USA:

  • Delivery within 3-5 working days from shipping confirmation.
  • Shipping costs for returns are covered by us.

For all orders outside the United States (Canada, UK & EU, Australia, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong SAR, and Singapore):

  • Shipping and duties are automatically included in the price shown at checkout, based on the country you're browsing from — no unexpected fees on delivery.
  • Delivery within 5–7 working days from shipping confirmation. Timing may vary by destination.

Tax & Duties

  • For orders outside the United States, applicable duties and import fees are already included in the price you see — you won't be charged anything further on delivery.
  • Orders refused at delivery are not eligible for a refund of shipping or duties already paid.
