Refund policy

Please email us at returns@adriancashmere.com to start your return. At our small scale, we do not issue refunds, only exchanges or store credit. 

For international orders, customers are responsible for return shipping costs to send the package back to us in the United States via DHL or UPS. This fee is non-refundable, and we are unable to cover or reimburse international return shipping under any circumstances. Any customs duties paid on the original shipment will be refunded as part of your return.
